Very helpful staff. This was a much more convenient drop-off location than I had originally selected and they let me drop it off at this facility saving me 40 minutes of driving time. Much appreciated after a 12 hour drive from Ohio.

Antonio GThe truck smelled highly of cigarettes, it gave me and my husband a headache and made us feel nauseous the entire trip to get the couches we needed to go pick up. The truck inside near the cup holder area was also very gross and dirty. The check engine light was also on the truck so it had me on the edge hoping we would get to our destination and back to the U haul to return and not break down somewhere. It was not a fun experience for me and my husband.
miranda mLocation and location staff was excellent. Only concern is why I was charged an additional 10.15 for only going 3 miles over my allowed 61
