I was extremely unhappy with UHaul reservations as a whole since I originally ws scheduled for a different location and it was changed less than 24 hours before the pickup AND was told NO dollies were available

Betty GVehicle had a check engine light and low tire pressure light on. The truck smelled of cigarette smoke from a previous user, but the u haul agent did provide me a can of air freshener and apologized for the smell. The agents service was excellent, the equipment just needs better maintenance.
