I had a lot of struggles because my phone doesn’t have service. I had to use my mom’s for her hotspot just to pick up the truck. I guess now that I know how to do it doesn’t seem hard. I wasn’t able to use my phone when dropping it off but I did everything else correct and I got charged $50 even though I dropped it off early. Thankfully you guys are giving me a refund within 3 days. Other than that I love the 24 hour service

Trista EThey weren't quite accurate on the fee to rent moving blankets and a dolly. I had to get them about a week ahead of time or risk that they would be all gone on my move date less than a week later. (Northwest IA has very little moving equipment available for rent.) So they charged me over $350 for moving equipment at this location, about triple the cost of the truck rental. Next time I will buy my own moving blankets off Walmart.com or Amazon, and try to source the dolly locally at rental outlets. Beware!
