Cargo area of van not swept out and had debris from prior move. Had to reverse van 50 yards down a muddy road in order access highway. Vans kept at end of muddy narrow lane with various hazards.

STEVE HThe staff at this location were very helpful. This location was much further than I had anticipated going, but U-Haul said I needed to pick it up there as opposed to where I originally booked it. Also, once I brought the trailer home, we opened it to find that it was not clean inside. It smelled of crabs and had crab juice/seasoning dried to the trailer bottom. We had to clean and hose it out, but by the time we got to our destination, everything inside still smelled like crabs. It worked fine, but it stunk.
Melissa HIn the survey, you need a N/A for drop-offs, since personnel weren't there. I couldn't say that they were helpful because nobody was there after hours. The location was actually difficult to find, and manuevering a 26' truck was a challenge.
