After the nightmare I went through trying to make my reservation through the Sheldon, IA location I am so please we chose to drive a little further to rent from Vick's! Vicks was a pleasure to work with. They explained the process on retuning the truck after hours and where to park the truck. They even called to check to see if we were having any problems because we were running a little late due to road construction and a detour. Thank you to the staff at Vicks Corner in Spirit Lake.

Make online ordering easier for add ons. I can't rent an appliance dolly by itself online. I had to call customer service and they got my order wrong. Luckily the location fixed it and made everything right.
Brian KHave trucks available at a closer location. Having to drive 55 miles to get a truck is not reasonable. There were three Uhaul locations within 15 miles of my location, but none had 20' trucks available.
Steven VThe back left signal light had about 1/2 of it’s small lights inside not functioning. Other than that, it was a good 4 x 8 unit.
