I had to cut off a lock that the previous renter left on the van. No key. I had to drive back to uhaul because uhaul thought they had the key, but they didn't have it. Graibel call the manager to credit me the the inconvenience, but never received credit.
KENNETH BUhaul was on empty when picked it up.wasnt swept out in the the back.
JOHN SGabriel does s great job. Very helpful and friendly .
