The truck was filthy in back with bugs all other the windshield. Told them about condition of the truck and he said "Dont worry you have the insurance" Not happy with this trip at all.
CRAIG MI ordered a trailer to be picked up at a different location and I had to drive way farther to get this trailer. I ordered the trailer two weeks earlier to pick up at the desired location.
CHRISTOPHER SWe were not told that they were closed on Sundays, I was charged an extra day although I dropped it off in their parking lot and used the key drop as directed on Sunday. It was also left cleaned with a half a tank of gas in it. If I knew I was being charged an extra day because they were closed, I would have taken my time and returned it on Monday.
