Worst experience I’ve ever had, hands down. I put in a reservation online with no issues. When it’s time to pick it up. There’s a notice that I owe, which I would’ve paid but the wait time was over an hour and I had already paid movers. I got the truck and went about 40 miles tops but for some reason I got a mileage charge of $118 which is incorrect. Even at 40 miles at $2 a mile that is incorrect. I had to put in a formal complaint and I’m just waiting for a call back now. I’m going to tell everyone I have the chance to tell, about what happened to me. I’d hate to have someone have so many issues when trying to move. Moving is already so stressful!! I’m astounded at this company! Terrible systems and the employees can’t explain any charges. Give your employees access to handle all issues!! The wait for corporate is ridiculous. There should be someone on site to help with things like this! The only thing I can say is the gentleman that helped me when picking up the truck was very helpful and apologetic for the issues. Otherwise, 0/10 stars!
