Overall, the experience was a positive one with U-Haul. I think that it was a little overpriced though. I had the truck for 8 days and I paid $1,200 plus gas and extra mileage. That is more than a whole month of my mortgage payments. I think overall that's a little overpriced. The truck was clean it did run well. We had to have it so we paid.ROBBERT W.
The truck I rented had a problem that was not readily noticeable and did not show up until after I had it loaded, but it was resolved quickly and the rental agent was EXTREMELY helpful in clearing up some automatic charges that did not apply to me.RICHARD ALEXANDE H.
The attendant/mgr was very nice and professionalSALLY K.
Lady at this location was very helpful. But my overall experience with my both reservations was terrible. First off it took over four hours to make sure I would have equipment for our big move. I had to call UHUAL locations to physically verify that the equipment was on site. 800 UHUAL customer service on Friday 19, 2020 dropped phone call and didn't call back at all. Was very rude. At the actual location, a lady didn't know what she was doing when renting UHUAL 20' truck with a tow dolly. She didn't go over any policies for truck, didn't offer insurance, didn't offer to inspect trcuk with us. I had to take pictures before we left. Tow Dolly wasn't properly attached to truck and had to tighten. The truck smelled and wasn't clean. We also had to drive over 60 miles round trip out of our way to pick up truck and tow dolly. And then had to drive another 20 minutes to pick up second dolly when it all could have been at same location for both of my reservations. Uhaul made our moving experience terrible. I would never recommend Uhual to any person moving and personally will never use them again! I want a partial refund. It is also not my responsibility as a "CUSTOMER" to move UHUAL equipment around to different locations. We Requested both reservations to be dropped off at same location, and it somehow changed during our trip. Becky customer service manager was the only help and non-rude employee. She deserves recognition for trying to resolve UHUAL issues. 800 number is annoying to have to wait for hours to get an issues resolved.alex B.
I was on time returning the trailer. I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot on a Sunday trying to get through the return process online and the website had issues. I ended up being 22 minutes late for the return and got charged another full day. No cool!Alan Y.
I was never told to use my cell phone to check that the vehicle was OK before I left or that I should use my cell phone to check back in when I returned the vehicle after hours. I was only told to drop the keys in the key slot. It would be good to let people know they are expected to do this. Everything was fine but just thought you should know.Theresa D.

Everything is clean and well organized at this location. I also rented a storage unit until I was ready to move. Kimberly, the property manager, is very sweet and helpful. This location had everything I needed for my move. The truck handled very well and was clean. I will be using their services again.Ilan R.
The lady that helped me was awesome and very helpful! What a great experience.David N.

He fronted or founded numerous groups throughout his career, including Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio, and Heaven & Hell. Though his parents were from Cortland, New York, Dio was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where his family resided for his father's service in the U.S. Army during World War II; they soon returned to Cortland. Dio's music career began there in 1957 as part of the Vegas Kings (later Ronnie and the Rumblers). In 1967, he formed the rock band Elf, which became a regular opening act for Deep Purple. In 1975, Deep Purple guitarist Ritchie Blackmore founded the band Rainbow and hired Dio to be his lead singer where the band released three studio albums. Dio quickly emerged as one of heavy rock's pre-eminent vocalists. In 1979, Dio replaced Ozzy Osbourne as Black Sabbath's lead singer and appeared on three studio albums with the band which met with success: Heaven & Hell (1980), Mob Rules (1981) and Dehumanizer (1992). In 1982, he left the band to form the band Dio, with two albums certified platinum by RIAA. In 2006, he founded the band Heaven & Hell with ex-bandmate Tony Iommi. Dio was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2009, from which he died the following year. Dio is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential heavy metal artists of all time. He is known for popularizing the "Metal Horns" hand gesture in metal culture and his medieval-themed song lyrics. According to a version provided by the singer himself, the act derives directly from the classic Italian apotropaic gesture, which his grandmother usually did.
