I requested two furniture dollys with my rental and did not receive either. The truck that I booked became unavailable due to circumstances out of my control. I was given the option to upgrade to a larger truck or pick up from a different location that was inconvenient to my move. I chose the upgrade, not expecting a higher charge. I was charged extra due to the larger truck. Incredibly unhappy with my experience.

SAMUEL SGet a faster system. Why did it take me 2 hours to pickup a van when I selected mobile order because it was advertised as a “quick and simple” option? Not only did you armed to the stress of the move, but then after being promised to be compensated I was refunded $20?? Bs.
