The owner was not present when I showed up to get the trailer. I waited over an hour to get the rental completed. Zane was the employee on site and he was TERRIFIC! This location was given to me by the representative at 4399 Sunset Blvd. That representative was completely unsatisfactory! After completing the paperwork and connecting the trailer to my vehicle I asked where in Kennwick WA was my drop off. She stated they only do in town rentals. I specifically told her I was going to Kennewick, not Spokane! She said she was new and didn't know that Kennewick was not in Spokane! She quoted me a price of $150.28 for the trailer I was to pick up at Finish Tech. Once I got the paperwork completed at Finish Tech the new price was $167.70! Total frustrating experience!

Michael WThis was the quickest and easiest time I’ve had renting a car hauler trailer. The owner of this location is so helpful and kind and made everything so easy. The app wasn’t working when I dropped the trailer off early and he took care of everything. I will be using this location only from now on!
LAURA MThe staff was super friendly and helpful. The vehicle itself needed maintenance badly. Tires were getting low and the battery connection was weak, causing the vehicle to not start. I had to figure it out on my own. When I asked if I could replace the battery and get reimbursement, I was told to wait. It would be much easier if Uhaul would let the customer make necessary fixes and get reimbursement. But I understand why they don't. Right before I got to my destination, some lights came on on the dashboard. I was able to temporarily fix my problems. The lady with roadside assistance who really didn't help me at all and has poor communication skills, acted like WE (she and I), fixed it as a team. She didn't do anything but take forever to find out she couldn't find a technician at my location. I then had to call another roadside rep for a status update on a technician, because the first lady failed to keep me updated.
