Caleb and John were very helpful in arranging a Friday afternoon pickup as they are not open on weekends. Super friendly guys. Location is rural, away from city (Spokane) traffic.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnly thing I found odd was that the gas tank upon pickup was not full. I was told upon return to just make sure that there is the same amount of gas left upon drop off. Seemed a bit different than other locations I’ve rented from in the past.

Raquel RWe were rerouted to this location. It's a small cinder block building with a dirty dirt parking lot and no information on what to do for after hours drop. As we are dropping the truck before they opened, this was a problem.
