The location itself was great, wonderful helpful staff. Convenient location and the truck was clean. U-Haul it's self would get a 1 star. App was glitching out and I couldn't get the truck returned on time because of that. Picking up the truck was a 20min process and did require a call to costumer service. I returned the truck with more gas in it then when I picked it up and was still charged a gas fee.
