This was the 3rd time I used this drop off. The 2nd time they would not accept the trailer. It took me all afternoon to try and find a location that would accept it when my paperwork said Shady Hils.

Had rented 2 trailers, dropped 1 off on Monday said i would see them the next day with the other one. Showed up Tues and he wouldn't take it, wasn't listed. My paperwork indicated this was correct drop off. Spent the rest of the day being sent on a goose chase of 3 places that would not take it. FINALLY the 4th place did. Looked at paperwork and verified 1st place should have taken it.
