KATHERINE WOnly comment to make is that the engine light was on when I got the truck. It ran alright, though. Valley Hardware staff was very helpful and seemed committed to things going well for me. Nice folks!

BRIEANNA RThe pick up location had horrible service. The trailer had a flat tire when exiting their facility was forced to utilize roadside service less than 2 miles from the pick up location due to poor maintenance,roadside assistance installed a tire that only had 30 pounds of air in it. so probably won’t be using U-Haul anytime soon. Get your shit together I’ll be reporting this to the DOT.
