make sure the U HAUL trucks are available before you tell the renter they are available i fill out the paperwork paid for reservation you stated 2 10-foot vans in in Lamar Colorado that was wrong drove there Non available there next day you stated available in Springfield Colorado got there no vans available they had only 26 ft. then you had wrong place to return it to wasted 2 days so rented it had to gas it up then oil gage said need oil so spent $20.00 put oil in gas cost $100.00 wasted trips with you kept saying 2 vans either location the phone calls to U HAUL daily was getting nowhere but same old answer NOT GOOD RELATION SHIP TO CUSTOMER your rental places not good
