They were great about renting the truck to us, gave me a free upgrade even! When we returned the truck we parked it in the same spot we had drove it out of and then return the key in the nearest drop box. Apparently that wasn't the right Dropbox because the facility had trouble accessing the keys in that box and therefore a truck didn't get checked in on time and you all thought it was my fault however it wasn't. Appliance Warehouse was great about communicating with me and taking ownership they were really great about everything U-Haul on the phone was great as well. I recommend that they seal off the drop box that isn't accessible so people don't put the keys in the wrong box...

I don’t think the truck I rented was thoroughly cleaned out as I found a tiny yellow ziplock, well actually there were two but one was empty. The other one contained what appeared to be crystal meth.

RICHARD MSaid they could help assist with no problems and gave no helpful or essential information regarding using the car transport for the very first time. Moving alone as a female and had the WORST experience with this auto transport. I had to stop 5/6 times which extended my trip 5 hours and had to move all appointments to next day because they did not hook up correctly: No rubber hooks on chains, did not set up back of car chains at all, did not properly hook up front chain to my car frame, overly rusty equipment made it almost impossible for me to re-apply the wheel straps or for people to help because the wheel straps kept coming off every hour or two due to car not being properly installed. Also, it was not communicated to check for loosening on the straps every hour or with every stop. Would not recommend anyone who has not experienced a car transport before or have them hook it up to your car, your car will definitely come undone and possibly left on the road destroyed like it almost did mine!!!! Please, find people at your location who are informed for this kind of installation. The woman who worked for UHAUL at my end destination was astonished with the way this was set up and definitely went against procedure.
