This has nothing to do with the location that we picked up our truck at. I would suggest that the small.local places should work together to be more accommodating to a Uhaul customer. I had 3 uhaul places closer to me in Ozark and I went to the one to get the reservation. I had to drive to North Springfield, MO to get my equipment. That is NOT accommodating at all
