Maureen CWorst experience ever! I was told the self serve feature for over the weekend pick up would be "Really easy" by the customer service guy I spoke to. I got there at 9am and it was anything other than easy. Sat on the phone for over a hour due to me not being allowed wi pick up the truck b c the U-Haul wouldn't recognize my email saying it's not correct even tho it's my own first and last name. Eventually after a hour they fixed the issue in their end and over a hour later I was final able to start moving
Micheal WThe checkout system is very confusing and took almost 40 min of my rental time.
John SWasn't very clear that I just needed to drop off the key. Not sure why there was an additional outside business hours service fee. But overall fine.
