No one to help to check in first time rental and the virtual assistant never showed up on screen had to figure it out all by my self not a big deal but customer service needs to step it up but over all no issues other wise everything was done correctly and smoothly

MATEO RTruck just needs to be cleaned before issuing because leaves me in predicament when returning truck when it asks is truck returned clean and ready for next customer. I have to answer yes but really it’s not. I’m not going to clean someone else’s mess up.
