Only qualm that I had was that the truck was coated in dry mud upon pickup. Aside from that, everything was up to par.
David CI have no issues with Brandt Jones employees or their repair shop. This is all on the poor automated process of pick up and return and the time-consuming app. It took 45 minutes to get signed in on the app. It refused to synch up with my location. When you return the truck, you are automatically charged a $25 cleaning fee with nobody to dispute it too. The cargo area was dirty and there was mud on the cab. I'm sorry I even took the time to sweep the cargo area. I will be using the only human run location in town next time or maybe I just need to buy a truck finally.
