The vehicle was not cleaned. The vehicle should be cleaned before you rent it. There was no windshield washer fluid. The windshield washer fluid should be filled before you rent it. You should not tell renters the fluids are all full when you specifically ask about them.
Catherine KThe customer service from the store was very good and helpful, but I feel like quality assurance is lacking. We drove a total of 65km but were charged for 195km. Will be recommending that NO ONE, use U-Haul. Honestly, I’m furious.
