The lock for the truck wouldn't work - it was a saturday and location was closed - UHaul app did nothing to help with our can't get key - just spun. The owner of the action health came out quickly (and was lovely) when we called him on his cell from a business card he left. He had to cut the lock off as it didn't work. We left the location 45 minutes after we arrived.
