driver side door didn’t close all the way, and inside smelled like cigarette smoke. Truck license plate DC5123W
Layla SI booked the trailer for 1030 pm pickup as they closed at 11pm. I showed up at 1023 and they were closed. The app wasnt giving me the option to app checkin which I found out after but isnt available for trailers. So seeing as I already entered my id and info and payment through the reservation I took the trailer. The guy then proceeds to call me and scream at me accusing me of theft. The store owner then called the regional account representative for uhaul and told him I went to the location at 1230am and stole the trailer. Of course because he couldn't say he closed early. Super unprofessional and the ignorance of the owner is just ridiculous to be working as a customer service facing person
