Excellent customer service, and for me that is crucial. John was the fellow who handled the rental and it's absolutely fair to say he could not have been nicer, or more helpful. Thank about that for a moment and ask yourself when was the last time you could say that about a person at a business you interacted with? Yeah, not very often. But John was great!
