I didn't fill our an on-line form. I was in Washington to pick up some estate belongings and transfer them to Hyrum, Utah. When I went to pick up the trailer on Saturday the 25th, I told the individual that I would be dropping off in Logan, Utah. He ask me the address which I didn't know but I told him it was somewhere near Airport Road just north of Logan. After a few more questions and payment, I was on my way. I didn't look at my receipt until I was back in Hyrum on Sunday but when I looked at it, he had put the drop off in Preston, Idaho.????? How that happened, I have no clue. I called Red Hills on Monday to get the drop off changed to a LOGAN dealer, but my call went to voice mail and the call was never returned. So, I called Express Point and they said I could drop it off there in North Logan. Frustrating to say the least.

Check-in and pick-up was a bit slow (only one employee), but easy enough. Store was unexpectedly closed before posted business hours when I came to return equipment.

I helped my friend move her in-laws into an assisted living home and they wanted to donate some of their furniture to my clients in Washington State. I reserved a Penske truck and when I arrived to pick it up they had me scan my DL and take a selfie. The system they use said it could not confirm my DL and would not rent me a truck. It made no sense and the staff didn't care one bit about my needs. They were smug I'd say. The nice staff at uhaul pulled up my name from past rental. He was so nice. My truck was ready in less then 5 minutes and I was on my way.

SCOTT FI rented a car hauler. I picked up the trailer, and within minutes learned I did not need it. I immediately returned the trailer to u haul. I had the trailer less than 20 minutes and towed it less than 2 miles. I did not load anything on the trailer. I asked for a refund of the rental fee or a prorated fee since I did not use the trailer, but the dealer would no give me either because it was "dispatched". The dealer did not lose any business because I had the trailer because there was more than one in their yard, so I do not understand their reasoning for not working with me on the rental. Better luck next time I guess.

Miles JTELL PEOPLE THAT ARE CALLING TO RENT MOVERS AND TRUCK THAT THEY COME SEPARATELY!!! WHEN I CALLED TO GET A TRUCK AND MOVERS (you know like a REGULAR moving company) I WAS NOT TOLD THEY WERE SEPARATE. HOW WOULD I KNOW WHEN I WAS NOT TOLD!!! 2 guys showed up at my house but they didn't have a moving truck. WHAT A DAMN HASSLE TO HAVE TO ACTUALLY GET A TRUCK. It took 1 hour from the movers time so I had to pay for an extra hour. $100. Makes me sick. I've been telling everyone to never go through you guys. The whole experience was awful. 0 stars.
