When I picked up my truck the 4 items I had pre order and was told was in the truck was not there Once I called to asked to have them delivered that wasn't an option I had to drive back myself after 2 hours of waiting and get it myself costing extra gas and KMS I was charged extra for cause of course the costume should have to suffer on extra costs n time while moving isn't stressful enough I asked for a discount and was basically laughed at and said sure call out 1800 number and ask ... No discount and was charged extra for gas and KMS and also when I went back to get the Dolly's I needed there wasn't any left so yeah terrible service and even worse costume survive
