I had a really hard time gaining access to this vehicle at this location and there was no one at this location I could get help from. Finally a kind woman from the UHaul office in Nova Scotia helped me get access to the key. I would prefer to pick up/drop off at a location where there is a person I can go to if I need help.

Allan BWhen I arrived I didn't know where to get key, the young girl in the pizza store where the u haul was located had no idea about the service, she called the owner who didn't answer but called back half hour late, I called customer service and they gave me a code that didn't work, the owner called while I was outside and the man working inside came out and got the key from the Drop box, very confusing, I ended up wasting 45 minutes of my time, and the gas was only on 1/8 tank but said 1/4 so I had to put it back to 1/4 when I only went 11 miles, very dissapointed
