Nice and comportable
Allan BWhen I arrived I didn't know where to get key, the young girl in the pizza store where the u haul was located had no idea about the service, she called the owner who didn't answer but called back half hour late, I called customer service and they gave me a code that didn't work, the owner called while I was outside and the man working inside came out and got the key from the Drop box, very confusing, I ended up wasting 45 minutes of my time, and the gas was only on 1/8 tank but said 1/4 so I had to put it back to 1/4 when I only went 11 miles, very dissapointed

Dara SThe app that you have to use to sign out the U-Haul is terrible. It wouldn’t accept my photo of my license. We had to call and get the pick up time pushed back. Then it wouldn’t accept the photos of the U-Haul. Absolutely awful experience and would never recommend.
