The location it self was not great .. good people .. however a run down place with a parking lot full of junk cars

I selected to deal with a person at the counter over doing it all on my phone and was handed the key by someone at the counter and sent through their muddy junkyard to find my truck by myself. Then had to do the whole process on my phone. The inside of the truck was disgusting. Drink spills running down the side of the center console and food crumbs and dirt everywhere. The outside had not been cleaned either. It was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had.
Christopher HThe lady was very rude plus we have to drive back to the local because the equipments that I paid for wasn't included inside the truck Plus we didn't the truck at 8am we got it at 8: 30am plus we have to go back for everything that we pay for that wasn't included when we picked up the truck.
Claudette PTruck not what we ordered, we ordered a wardrobe which we didn’t get, and the check engine light kept coming on which they said not to worry about. Brakes also terrible.
Michael BThis place for 4 additional days that I didn’t have the truck. I returned the truck the the same day I rented it. I’m being overcharged 380.00. I have made a formal complaint.
