This location was so dark and unsafe! I couldn’t even figure out where to park the truck. I had to park it in front of the front door because I was so afraid of my surroundings. My mother was so nervous she insisted on just leaving. Then suddenly, while I completing the drop off steps in the portal, a man with an eddies uniform drives up in the ditch dark, gets out and calls me over walking up to me quickly on the night, and doesn’t stop. “Please don’t approach me, “ I said, power walking backwards as I realize how close he’s getting. He keeps insisting on my parking the truck around the pitch black building. I tell him apologies but no because it isn’t safe and I’m incomforable. He keeps insisting and steps in while he’s speaking as I’m backing up more. My mother told me to come and get in her car and that we’ll call a sheriff to assist with the drop off because something was not right. This is marked as a 24 hour drop off and Theresa no signs, or lights on the property to park the vehicle?? I politely declined to the man hopped in the car and told my mom to leave the property because I wasn’t sure what he may do because he said no. I ended up coming back in my own car by myself because I couldn’t complete the portal drop off it froze. It still wouldn’t work even when I came back. I have several pictures and screen share videos. This entire experience has been a nightmare no seriously - I mean like a scary movie.

Difficult to navigate around a junkyard. Uhaul cab was filthy and back of truck had trash still in it!
