our issues were not with starkville, ms but with the process before. I reserved in cruger, ms 3 weeks prior. the day before i got transferred to greenwood, then grenada, then cleveland, then arkansas or horn lake. then we ended up driving 2 hours to pick up the uhaul in starkville, ms
