Hailey is amazing!! Got a call a day before from another location 30 minutes away that the the trailer that I reserved will not be available in Greenoaks in Starkville and they moved it to the other location. On the day of reservation we picked up a truck (separate reservation) and I told Hailey about this, she said "No, not happening!", called her boss and they arranged the trailer for me later that day without traveling 30 minutes away to pick it up. Highly recommended!! Speak with Hailey.
