I was charged for several more days than I had the trailer. I have a video of me returning it with the date and time stamped. Hopefully this gets resolved. And the trailer had wires that were shredded. Which caused the brake lights not to work. Which is a safety issue. I did not know this till i was down the road and my vehicle alerted me that the lights are faulty.

Couldn't complete the check-in procedure because the website kept faulting. This is a U-Haul problem; Cotton Tire did everything right.
