When I arrived to pick up my truck for my original reservation they did not have it, be sure to have the equipment or notify the customer if it is not there to avoid an unnecessary trip

Glyn GJacob for Cottons Tires went above and beyond for me. Originally, my pickup was supposed to be for Sunday at the McKeithens hardware store. After dealing with a subpar scheduling agent, I was informed at first that location was closed on Sundays. Then it turned into no trailers being available at the location. I called uhaul customer support and was able to finally get assistance with a wonderful agent, Tiffany. She had to call around until eventually she was able to get in touch with Jacob. He came in on his own time to help me with getting a uhaul trailer for my move. I would recommend Jacob and Cotton Tires for anyone’s uhaul needs.
