Jacob for Cottons Tires went above and beyond for me. Originally, my pickup was supposed to be for Sunday at the McKeithens hardware store. After dealing with a subpar scheduling agent, I was informed at first that location was closed on Sundays. Then it turned into no trailers being available at the location. I called uhaul customer support and was able to finally get assistance with a wonderful agent, Tiffany. She had to call around until eventually she was able to get in touch with Jacob. He came in on his own time to help me with getting a uhaul trailer for my move. I would recommend Jacob and Cotton Tires for anyone’s uhaul needs.

Aundra SI was charged for several more days than I had the trailer. I have a video of me returning it with the date and time stamped. Hopefully this gets resolved. And the trailer had wires that were shredded. Which caused the brake lights not to work. Which is a safety issue. I did not know this till i was down the road and my vehicle alerted me that the lights are faulty.
Zachary CCouldn't complete the check-in procedure because the website kept faulting. This is a U-Haul problem; Cotton Tire did everything right.
