Mike from On Target was very nice and very helpful. We ordered a trailor for hauling a motorcycle but there was no wheel-chuck in the trailor. Also half way to Alabama the drivers side tail lights went out.

Timothy JI was completely overcharged for the mileage used. The receipt I was given said I used 983mi. That is completely inaccurate!! I used this truck for no more than 50mi to go from Chicago, IL to Steger, IL. This better be corrected asap. I don’t even know how you all’s system allow for huge discrepancies but this better be handled because I WILL NOT BE PAYING $1000.
