ruon C.The staff was great and very helpful at this location. We definitely recommend them. The equipment seemed fine except the tongue jack didn't work on the auto transport when we tried to use it later. We were very disappointed when told, the night before pickup, that we had to go 38 miles away -76 miles total. That was an extra 2 hours of driving to get it. Not to mention the cost of gas! There were 2 transports at the UHaul nearby, but we were told they were only for local, not one-way rental. The reservation location requests should be honored. There is no reason to send us so far out of the way to pick up. Especially when we were in a large city outside Chicago where plenty of auto transports are available.
