Folks at JRZ were great, polite and efficient. The trailer was in rough shape. Side step on interior was partially pulled of with exposed nails. Door didn't work well and was very difficult to close.

parking lot a bit icy but otherwise ok
john wTiers should not have been on the road. Cords are showing i dropped of the trailer on Saturday at 1:30. I did not think it was safe to use 3 tiers where horrible could not make my trip.
