Please get the app to properly run for pick-up on weekends. The venue had no issues whatso ever. the Uhaul app caused me an unexpected delay that the customer service rep helped me with.

Thomas HThe location and the rental experience was very good. However, I was very disappointed that the trailer didn’t have a jack stand. I used the trailer for storage and needed to disconnect from my truck. It very heavy and it was a big hassle to find things to stack it on. Likely to cause injury or accident but a simple fix (jack stand).
