Due to NO fault of the representative, it took a long time to get the rental completed. The web page was crashed and there was nothing they could do. We did manage to work around it and I was able to get what I needed done. Would absolutely use them again.

Frank TI originally booked the U-Haul for a different location and when I used to work in the U-Haul business, I would go get my U-Haul’s so that I had them for the customer customer service it’s called. They made me change locations that wasn’t the location. I preferred so tell your dealers to stop being so lazy and go get the truck or the trailer for the customer. It’s a customer service thing. The country store we picked it up was excellent, but it was out-of-the-way and wasn’t my first choice.
