STEVEN CReserved at $826.00, instead of getting that price the U-Haul rep checked the equipment in instead of out and I had to pay over $1000.00 for uhauls mistake.

eric sWe had more issues with the app turning in the truck than the location itself since we dropped it off after hours. The app just said to scan the barcode and make sure I verified the location before I dropped off the keys and nothing else. After dropping off the keys I saw that it still said I needed to drop off the truck so I clicked it again and then it had all these requests but I had no way of properly submitting anything since I didn’t have the keys and I had already left the lot.
