There is never anybody there. And the gentleman in the shop is no help either. I'm glad that I had my son with me because I wouldn't have been able to unloaded it. They need alot of improvement.

Dropped my truck off on an early Saturday morning to the worker and they didn’t check it in until Sunday evening around 530pm. Besides that it was fine

Matthew HIm not sure what happened. But the trailer I got wasnt what was given to me. The hook up wasn't tightened down right from employee... trailer jumped and dented in my under carrier to my car.
JESSICA STook forever to do the paperwork. Computer wouldn't work. Then truck was absolutely filthy in cargo area and in cab. Also truck was on E and was lucky to make it to a gas station.
