The mobile app did not work so we were late getting the truck. The dealer on the other hand was amazing and took care of us quickly. A very good dealer at the Stirling, ON location! We will use this location again!

R LWe had a couple of hiccups to start but everything was straightened out in a timely manner and we were on our way. The truck we rented wouldn’t start so they gave us a larger one at the same price as the one we reserved. The contact person did everything he could to rectify the situation. I would definitely rent from him again.
Annie Ltook pic of fuel when I picked it up replaced fuel to original level but was still charged extra for top up. do you want to return the extra cost of fuel I was charged. can send pic and you could ask your rep to take pic also. I bet it has more fuel than when picked up. And I bet this isn't the first time this has occurred.
