Keep the rental clean and maintenance up on it. The steering was awful. Very hard to keep straight on the road. Plus it needed cleaning was so dirty and dusty

The key wasn't in the lock box for the truck I reserved. I ended up calling customer service and getting a smaller vehicle resulting in multiple trips.
Paige J.I would not suggest picking up your uhaul at this location. The uhaul van was in one location and I had to drive to get the key in another location. I did self check in and when it was time for me to get the key the representative at the location refused to release the key cause she wanted to check me in herself. A uhaul representative had to call her and tell her to release the key cause they had checked me in and verified my info, she still refused until she was ready to give me the key. The whole experience took an hour due to me having to drive back to where the van was.
