LEONARD JI ended up using this location for a 600 mile round trip rental instead of a one way rental because your reservation system SUCKS!!! I had a one way rental set up with a pick up location 1 mile from my destination in McHenry IL. The next day I got a confirmation to pick up at a location 2-3 hours out of my way. I called the number on the confirmation. When I explained the situation the person at the other end said I have to deal with Chicago area reservations. He was in Milwaukee, said he would transfer me. The next person told me the same thing, from Madison, WI, also transferring me back. The third person was somewhere else in Wisconsin. I hung up. I called back later, giving up and reserving the local rental. Overall a HUGE PITA. The local vendor where I rented the trailer is outstanding.
