The owner was great and the facility was great. Truck looked brand new. My main complaint is that the truck had a suspension problem (weird for 8k miles) that wasn't obvious until I was driving on the highway, and for the entire 12 hours of driving, the truck was shaking violently to the point of making me extremely sore. I had to pull off multiple times because I couldn't see the road because it was shaking so hard. I brought the maintenance issue up to the owner.
