Check in was easy. I have rented from them twice and both times i was charged extra. The first rental I was charged for use of their dolly and moving blankets that I did not request then the second time I was charged over $200 for "gas" they stated that I brought the truck back on empty, I went back to the location and requested her to check again. all she said was oops ya sorry my mistake. that wasn't a small mistake.
