I tent the unit from 630 w charter way, personal there are so helpfull and friendly the onliñy problem unti look so dirty from inside and outside. I ask personal from this location if i gonna get charge for delivery it like to to next location, she Say no, but over all init wass SO mudy on tires, water drops everywhere for rain with dust. Inside look like some drop food on floor and cup holders and just pick up garbage but never clean the Grease. And it look nasty. Truck make a weird noise some times, on passenger side like under the good. I do not whats it was but sound like something wrong there. I rent before and unit clean smelling great, but this time it was kinda diferent because of that. Please check that. When i drop it off i told the lady that i got unit SO dirty so they need to do something about it.

The workers at Charter Way Gulf were very unprofessional and had poor customer service. The worker was constantly on the phone and kept pushing me aside. What should’ve been a quick drop off turned into an hour long inconvenience. 0/5 stars

DULCE CHorrible customer service and caused damaged to my personal property and if not dedicated by tamo Shanter U-Haul personal I could have caused a major damage and potentially hurt too many people including my family and me , they broke my carrier where I have my back up generator . We had to remove it completely. The guy at the gas station at the beginning did not want to help me with guiding me to park nor take of the tow dolly off my motor home I did most of the work alone . When my arms were tired and unable to turn the wheel any further he was mad when I told him am not able to turn it further. I may have to drop it off at another location . Very bad experience
