I have never experienced this level of poor service in my life and will certainly never return to this location. The staff made me feel like a complete burden simply for trying to rent a trailer. This was both when I picked up the trailer and when I dropped it off. While I understand that these are franchise locations, the quality of service still reflects directly on the U-Haul brand as a whole.

Everything was fine this time. Please make sure your Trucks and Vans have plenty of gas in the tank. On my first rental in May of this year, the office on Wilson Way gave me a truck with 1/8 tank of gasses. I had to find a gas station quick! But again Thank you, my gas tank was 3/4 full. 🙂
