I was accused of putting a crack on the bumper. I tried to explain to the guy that it was already there, and he called me a liar and said that I would have to pay for it. He called his coworker and said if my coworker doesn’t answer you’re being charged. He called his coworker, and luckily, she confirmed that the crack was already on the bumper. I think if this place is gonna accuse someone, they should take pictures before someone picks up their U-Haul. lesson learned from me that I will take pictures in the future.

Mariela DThis place did not want to receive the trailer. Even though they had their name on the list, I traveled miles to drop this trailer off .
Chris WI have never experienced this level of poor service in my life and will certainly never return to this location. The staff made me feel like a complete burden simply for trying to rent a trailer. This was both when I picked up the trailer and when I dropped it off. While I understand that these are franchise locations, the quality of service still reflects directly on the U-Haul brand as a whole.
Dale FEverything was fine this time. Please make sure your Trucks and Vans have plenty of gas in the tank. On my first rental in May of this year, the office on Wilson Way gave me a truck with 1/8 tank of gasses. I had to find a gas station quick! But again Thank you, my gas tank was 3/4 full. 🙂
