Very kind and courteous
SHERRY JI placed my pickup for 8am and the key was supposed to be in a lockbox but when I arrived it was not there. I had to wait an hour for them to open to hand me the key and the hand dolly I rented wasn’t in the truck either so I needed to get that from inside the location.
