Employee could not find my name in the computer until I pointed it out. I was directed to the back of the establishment to hook up my own trailer. The trailer was also blocked by a truck. I had to drive around to the front of this establishment which is a smoke shop and let the employee know that the trailer was blocked in. The employee then handed me a key to the U-Haul truck and told me to move it out of the way. After I then moved the truck out of the way another employee showed up and hooked up the trailer to my truck. I would never rent anything from this place again or recommend it to anyone.
