The only thing they had was a dolly in the truck. Not happy at all. I also was not in a place I feel safe and comfortable.

Having a U-Haul rental location in a Vaping/Paraphernalia Store is very unusual. Having been a police officer in this city, this location is in a shady area. I had completed all the online registering, so when it came time to pick up the truck, the clerk could easily complete the transaction. The truck was in mediocre condition, but it barely had any gas. The gas gauge registered slightly above the "E" position. While my commute was just around 30 total miles, the first thing I had to do was put $20 worth of gas in it so I could complete my trip. I vacuumed the truck's interior before I brought it back because there was some residue on the floors. Most people would not have done that, but I like clean vehicles.
